Timeframe

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

We encourage you to open your package and check everything — size, condition, and item — as soon as it arrives.

Item Conditions

Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Free from stains or odours
• In original condition with all tags attached 

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We'll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued after your return has been received, inspected, and approved, to confirm the item meets our return conditions.

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days via:

•       Bank Transfer

•       Vodafone Cash / InstaPay

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

•       Sale or clearance items (except in the case of a manufacturing defect)

بنشجعك تفتح الطرد وتتأكد من كل حاجة — المقاس، حالة المنتج، والطلب كله — فور ما يوصلك.

شروط المنتج

المنتج لازم يكون:

مستخدم وغير غير مغسول

 خالي من اي روائح او بقع

في حالته الأصلية ومعاه الـ tags بتاعته

الاستبدال

محتاج مقاس تاني أو لون تاني؟ هنعمل كل اللي في إيدينا نلبي طلبك حسب التوافر.

استرداد المبلغ

هيتم رد المبلغ بعد ما نستلم المنتج ونفحصه ونوافق على الإرجاع والتأكد إنه بيستوفي الشروط.

بعد الموافقة، هيتم تحويل المبلغ خلال 3 لـ 5 أيام عمل عن طريق:

منتجات غير قابلة للإرجاع

في بعض المنتجات مش ممكن نرجعها أو نستبدلها:
